Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and NerrdAlerrt for using Pintrove, Gatecheck and nerrdalerrt.com (the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the Services.
1. Who can use the Services
You must be at least 13 to use Pintrove. If you're under 18, you need a parent's or guardian's permission, and they agree to these terms for you. Paid mystery boxes are available only to users 18 and older.
2. Your account
Keep access to your email account secure, since that's how you sign in. Choose a username that isn't offensive and doesn't impersonate anyone. You're responsible for activity on your account.
3. Content you add
You keep ownership of photos and information you submit. By submitting them, you give NerrdAlerrt a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, adapt (for example, crop or resize) and distribute them as part of the Services, including after your account is deleted when they've become part of the shared catalog. You confirm that you took the photos or have the right to share them, and that they don't include anyone's personal information.
4. Community rules
Don't upload anything offensive, sexual, violent, hateful or unrelated to pins. Don't submit false information on purpose, manipulate values or points, harass other users, or try to get around the apps' security or limits. We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
5. Values, authenticity and forecasts
Pintrove's values are estimates based on available sales and listings data. They aren't appraisals or financial advice. Verified status means independent sources agree a pin is an official release; it isn't a guarantee that a particular pin in your hand is authentic. Gatecheck's wait times come from third-party data, and its forecasts are estimates. Always check official park information before you travel.
6. Purchases
In-app purchases are made through Apple or Google and follow their terms, including their refund policies. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in your device's account settings. Digital items such as swag, Season Tickets and mystery box openings have no cash value, can't be transferred or exchanged for money, and may be limited to a season. Mystery box odds are shown in the app before you open one.
7. Links and affiliates
The Services link to third-party sites such as eBay. We aren't responsible for them. As an eBay Partner Network affiliate, we may earn a commission when you buy or sell through those links.
8. Our rights
NerrdAlerrt, Pintrove and Gatecheck, and the apps' design, code and artwork, belong to NerrdAlerrt. Don't copy, scrape or resell the Services or the catalog without our written permission.
9. Changes and ending the Services
We may change, suspend or stop any part of the Services. We'll give reasonable notice of major changes when we can. You can stop using the Services and delete your account at any time.
10. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
11. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, NerrdAlerrt isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for losses from trades, purchases or travel decisions made using the Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
13. Apple
If you downloaded Pintrove from the App Store, these terms are between you and NerrdAlerrt, not Apple. Apple isn't responsible for the app or its content and has no obligation to provide support for it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and can enforce them.
