Delete your Pintrove account

In the app

1. Open Pintrove and go to Profile.
2. Tap Delete account and confirm.

By email

If you can't open the app, email info@nerrdalerrt.com from the address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my Pintrove account". We'll confirm by email before deleting anything.

What's deleted

Within 30 days we delete your email address, username, collection, want list, photos that haven't been approved, points, badges, swag and season progress.

What's kept

• Pins and approved photos you added to the shared catalog stay there, with your name removed.
• Purchase records we're required to keep for tax and accounting, for as long as the law requires.
