Copyright complaints (DMCA)

Pintrove's catalog includes photos submitted by collectors. If you believe something in it infringes your copyright, send a notice to info@nerrdalerrt.com with the subject "DMCA notice", including:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. A description of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed.
3. The pin page or image you want removed, with enough detail for us to find it.
4. Your name, address, phone number and email address.
5. A statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you're the copyright owner or authorized to act for them.

We'll remove or disable the material and notify the user who submitted it. If you believe material was removed by mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the same address. We close the accounts of repeat infringers.
